Aluminum Closet Doors
Aluminum closet doors are built with a lightweight extruded aluminum frame available in a wide range of colors. Aluminum closet doors combine the extruded aluminum frame with an insert of your choice ranging from a mirror, frosted glass, white laminated glass, painted glass, or even glazed vinyl hardboard.
Composite Wood Closet Doors
Composite wood closet doors are available in hollow core, solid core, and ovation doors.
Hollow core closet doors are not truly hollow. A thick, rigid cellular honeycomb cardboard is sandwiched between a thin plywood exterior. The cardboard is used to hold the plywood together and to act as a minor sound block.
Solid core closet doors are about twice the weight of hollow core doors with a solid particleboard material inside of the thin plywood exterior.
Ovation closet doors, made of medium density fiberboard, are an upgrade from the solid core door. This uniquely layered construction offers over 140 standard designs plus custom design flexibility.
Composite wood closet doors come standard as a factory-primed panel, and some panels are available with a flush stained skin, all of which are perfect for painting the color of your choice. Numerous design options are available.
Steel Closet Doors
Steel closet doors are built from a steel frame that is heavier yet slightly more affordable than an aluminum frame. Steel frames are available in a handful of colors and combine with a mirror or vinyl hardboard insert to form closet doors.
Wood Closet Doors
Wood closet doors are available in an assortment of wood species. Wood closet door designs include but are not limited to molded panels, louvered, and raised panel. Glass inserts are also available and the most common include mirror, painted glass, and white laminated glass.
Wood closet doors come in either an unfinished wood, factory-primed wood, or one of the many factory-applied paint or stain finishes. Certain panels are available in a texture while other panels are only available in a smooth finish.
