Recent Church Project & Installation
At Classic Improvement Products (www.chiproducts.com), we’re honored to highlight a recent project that holds deep personal significance:
Geneva Presbyterian Church
24301 El Toro Rd

This project beautifully reflects the values and mission of our company—spreading good throughout Orange County, one improvement at a time. It was especially meaningful to us because it connected directly to our family’s roots, faith, and the legacy of someone very dear to us.
Classic Improvement Products was founded in 2003 by brothers Jason and Ryan Lorge. Our first-ever customer? None other than our incredible mom, Pamela Lorge. From day one, she believed in us—so much so that she insisted on being our first paying customer, purchasing Single and Double Door Retractable Screens for her home.
Pamela wasn’t just our first customer—she was our biggest cheerleader. Whether it was stopping by our Home Show Booth in Costa Mesa or Anaheim, or proudly snapping promotional photos we still use to this day, she was always there with unwavering support and love. She was our motivator, our compass, and most importantly, she was the one who introduced us to God. As she often said: “I want you to know the Lord, because I want to see you in Heaven where I will be.” Geneva Presbyterian Church was her spiritual home.
On October 2, 2022, our beloved mother Pamela, who bravely battled Lyme Disease and Dementia, went home to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ.

In her passing, Pamela left a generous gift to Geneva Presbyterian Church—a place she deeply loved and actively supported. Initially, our family (Tamara, Jason, Ryan, and Jonathan) planned to donate the money outright. But in a moment of inspiration, Ryan suggested a way to stretch her gift even further:
“What if we gift the funds to Classic, and in turn donate our products and services at cost, effectively doubling the value of the donation?”
That idea transformed a $5,000 contribution into over $12,000 worth of enhancements for the church. The final project included a beautiful, large dome fixed awning over a main entrance/exit, dozens of aluminum horizontal blinds, and several honeycomb shades.
Thanks to our mom’s generosity and this creative approach, her church received even more than expected—and we know she’d be smiling ear to ear. It was exactly the kind of outcome she would’ve wanted: making the most of a good situation and turning it into something even greater.
