Job Description: Classic Improvement Products of Orange County, California, an established business since 2003, is seeking a highly motivated part-time installer assistant (potential for full-time) to work with our elite, high performing lead installer 2 days per week.
What you will earn: • Our installers are expected to earn a minimum of $35 per hour through hourly wages, commissions and incentives on a weekly basis. The typical weekly check for 20 hours of work is $1,000+ • Daily sales commission opportunities allow for endless earning possibilities. The harder, faster, smarter you work, the more you make!
What will you do: • Meet at the office in Anaheim Hills early each morning (around 6am-7am) and head out for the day to install purchased products for customers from our product line that includes Retractable Screen Doors, Motorized Power Screens, Interior Plantation Shutters, Closet Doors, Room Dividers, Wall Slides, Exterior Shutters, Bahama Shutters, Blinds, Shades, Manual Patio Shades, Fixed Awnings, Retractable Awnings, Sloped Trellis Awning Covers and Rolling Shutters. • Attend multiple installation or service appointments throughout the day with our lead installer (2-man team) • Understanding that 2 days worked will be long hours (8-12+ hours a day) • Territory service coverage area includes San Clemente, to Los Angeles, to Palm Springs, to Murrieta. Your schedule is set and coordinated already by our office. • Perform day to day field duties that include problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, professionalism and most importantly 5-Star trustworthy customer service. • Maintain regular communication with management.

What we are looking for: • Experienced installer with home improvement products previous knowledge. • Must be not only familiar with, but extremely handy with tools (table saw, chop saw, drill & more). If you are not handy with tools, this is not the job for you. • Personality (happy, personable, friendly and always smiling). • A positive attitude (brings excellent energy to the team). • A team player that appreciates and works daily towards a positive culture. • Exceptional communication skills (phone, email and text). • Organized in every aspect of your life from your home, closet, car, glove box and work. • Detail oriented (meticulous).
